Mandatory for every admin

Admin login requires the separate admin password followed by a fresh six-digit code sent to that admin’s email. Codes expire after ten minutes, allow five attempts, and cannot be reused.

If a code is delayed, the login screen can resend it. A replacement code invalidates the previous one and resend attempts are rate-limited.
